Background:
Kevin, a young and ambitious Director in charge of an agency of 40+ associates understands the power of teamwork and is committed to building a high-performing and cohesive team.
In early 2022, he enrolled his entire team in the workshop where they learned about DISC, TEAMS, and Behavioral Attitude Index. During the workshop, they discover the unique personality traits of each other, which led to greater clarity amongst the team.
